International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Cut-off Times
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition. Gift boxes are wrapped and sealed, and we use protective packaging materials for fragile items. If you would like special gift wrapping, please note this in the order comments.
